I don't, because I'm paralized and can't push on the accelerator with my foot.

Do you have foot pain any other time? Do you have any circulatory issues? Would you say this is "normal" pain or neuropathic pain?

    heel pain while driving

My heel pivots on the floor board and grinds on my heel resulting in pain the longer I drive.

If I could drive without my heel on the floorboard that would be wonderful.
