Thumbs up BURNMACHINE Speedbag video #2

Awesome news.I got this from Nick.

I'm at the Burn Machine Head Quarters and they are wondering what you are using to grip the machine. Call the office when you have a chance!

I did and now I am helping to make prototypes for quads. What a small world.

    Here is my second video.

I wish I were capable of doing something like that laying down but unfortunately, without triceps, it impossible, although there is a possibility of me being able to do that sitting up, I would just have to be strapped back so I couldn't fall forward. Cool looking machine you have there and I hope one day I get to try it.

Make the best out of today because yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come. Nobody knows that better than those of us that have almost died from spinal cord injury.

Not impossible at all Ry. You can do that easily without triceps. It's all in controlling your shoulders. I have zero triceps but I can hold my arm straight above my head. How? Flexing my wrist, twisting my elbow, and pushing my shoulder up.
