I don't know. A person's body stores b-12 to a certain extent unlike a lot of vitamins. I usually cut back on it if I have a hard time getting to sleep at night.

Varies. The amount your body needs at that time.

I take 800 mcg. suggested by Dr Oz.
    I'm sure men take more

I think B vitamins can end up becoming dangerous if you take too much! As far as I know, Vit C is the only one you can take in mega doses without it building up and becoming dangerous.

nope. with b vitamins you just pee out the excess.

what i am trying to do is hit a peak WITHOUT peeing out the excess amount, in other words get every mcg for my buck, but i guess it all matters what youve eaten that day, how much you weight etc etc.

I am trying to keep the scar tissue around my injury site staying more like a scab then harden cement.

Too much vitamin C can give you diarrhea though.

IV B vitamins change the color of my urine, so you must excrete some
