    Weight gain

    I am incomplete C5-6, 2.5 yrs.

Just recently I came to the realization of how enormous I have gotten. I have started working out at a small therapy gym using the Total Gym hip sled, pull-down bars, NuStep and have adjusted my eating habits.

I know it will take a while to take it off, but my main concern is that if the meds we have to take our culprits as well.

I take Baklafin, Nuratin, Zanaflex, Flexoral and Ambian. Forgive the spelling. I just changed from Lyrica to Nuratin due to insurance issues.

Can anyone help me with this?
    Also, any good cardio ideas?

    Thanks,
    Sal

i think you might have some of those spelled wrong- but if its Neurontin that you're on, i know it made me pack on some pounds that were murderous to get off. if you search the drug names on this site it should give you tons of info...
