I've stayed there. are you wondering about accessibility? it's not great - both the "accessible" room and the hotel/casino themselves. I stayed there Dec 2006 and after 2 nights moved across the road to Binions. Binions was much better. still not as accessible as the newer hotels on the strip but very good for fremont street. they were just putting in a new elevator to their restaurant when I was there so I couldn't get to it but they offered to deliver anything I wanted to my room.
Also I found Binions staff very helpful whereas the 4 queens it always seemed like when I needed a hand there wasn't an employee in site.
I think too the 4 queens casino has multiple levels so you are always going up and down ramps - but that may be the nugget I am thinking about.

it's vegas. you won't spend much time in your room. accessibility in the city is good. the plush carpet in some hotels was the main thing that annoyed me.

i've never been inside 4 queens, so... yeah... i'll defer to others.

    sounds like a fun trip

its downtown and not one of the nicer hotels. Yeah and the carpet is a real hassle but you'll soldier thru it. Have fun, I'm sure the weather will be good when you're down here.

Hey I live here and for what it's worth the 4 Queens is an older local hotel which is in old downtown Vegas (Freemont Street) area. You will be a cab or bus ride north of the strip but there are plenty of hotels to see as well as the largest big screen on the planet under the canopy there.

I have been in there a bunch of times but never stayed in one of the rooms, you will find the casino a little tight to get through but the gambling is cheaper than on the strip. I can recommend two of my favorite restaurants in that hotel, one is the Chicago Brewing Company which has great pizza and is a brew pub. The other place you must take your girl to is Hugo’s which is a fine dinning restaurant old Vegas style where every lady gets a rose on the way in, they have great food, make your salad at your table and serve classic cocktails.

Also make sure you push the button by the front door every day for a free video poker spin with a chance to win $5,000 if you get 4 queens.

Hope this helps and enjoy your stay..

i stayed there with my rugby team last year! it worked fine for me. Carpet annoying but it will help you keep in shape. Chicago brewing place is a must. Good beer Have fun!
