That is outside my window and around my cottage in the forest. I am living in the middle of the town and on one side are the streets with shops and bars and under my window on the other side is the river in Oslo with a lot of trees and a walking road up to the lake where the river starts.

I don't miss that. And what have that to do with workout

Legs Monday, upped the poundage on squat by 50 lbs, a big jump but it was time to start pushing the quads, then 850 for reps on the leg press. extensions and ham curls followed, capped by going back to hack squats to fire up the vastus.
    Sore like it's nobody's business. It's a good thing.

get strong in the gym first!

Thursday- back day. High rack pulls to 405 for reps to keep strengthening the lower back (no lifting belt), then hit the mid back with lat pull downs and seated rows
