Thread: What workout did you do today?

Hi all, Happy New Year! Thanks for all the posts and photos. It's great to read about you're up to. Flying, good advice on the flu. People are dropping like bowling pins around here and down for days. A friend has had her daughter into the ER several times this week. Poor kid.

I walked the treadmill for an hour this evening, mostly at 1.7 mph. Back in the day, I would have snorted at that pace but when you've worked up from .5 mph, it seems like warp speed! I'm having less knee pain since I've been ramping up the yoga. Flexibility is good, too. Just trying to ride out the winter here until I can get outside again. At least, I'll be fit when that happens.

Keep your faces to the sun!

@vjls Hey man great job getting going. Sounds like you have the right mind set.

Steve, what a cool looking kayak. looks like a great fishing platform, and a fun boat to play on.

Trying to take a different approach this time for my fitness and weight goals (hope it works). Since my diet is pretty much in check i try as active as i possibly can cardio, therapy bands, muscle stimulation etc trying to work my muscles as much and as hard as i can without overdoing it thats what my therapist suggested to me i should try. Hope i can keep it for a good period of time. Sipping on my isotonic drink now and dealing with paper work.
As of right now i can't complain too much

The most popular Ab Belt is this one http://www.slendertone.com/en-us/toning-for-men.html
I am not a quad so i can't say you have to try it for yourself. I use one because i can't do exercises like sit ups or crunches (L4/L5 Spina Bifida).
