    Did Romanian deadlifts last night. I have got to get the muscles around my lower back stronger and this seems the only way. Then high rack pulls ( 500 lbs even for reps) then supported bent over dumbell rows.

    Needless to say I'm doing a fair amount of snap, crackle and pop today. Cardio/abs tonight.

    great 6x3 today, 20min warm up on vita...........hits delts lats and bi's hard.

    gearing up for a 3mth bulker, if my wife will go for it, lol. . im down 10pds just from eating clean and cutting carbs. kinda wrung the water out..

    Just a tip; a single ski will help you more fuente, sit-ski duo skiies actually is out for sci'ed likle you. Just a tip fuente, -own it and you will fix it, go mono and find powder

    Today - 2 hours nordic sitskiing
    Yesterday 5 hour snowshoe crutch hike to 10,300 up Relay Peak.
    Tomorrow am - more nordic sitskiing.....
    Maybe I should start lifting at bit?

    2 hockey games worth of vitaglide.

    About a half hour of chest with whatever the frig it's called sit up benching machine.

    At least an hours worth of 10 pound wrist weights. Curls, shoulders, etc.

    About a half hour of therabands.

    3.5 hrs out on the road on a beautiful sunny day with friends, coffee and brunch afterwards. What better way to spend a day (and they call it training!)

    1 hour on the SciFit this morning, but I didn't feel like I got the workout I wanted.......so gonna do 30 minutes or so on the Vitaglide for good measure.
