Cool ski pics Fuente. Spent an hour spinning, I feel the aging thing too. I try not to think about and keep myself in the best shape I can. I was a lot easier in my twenties. You can only control so much. The rest is fate, chance, or luck.

I put in an hour on the bike. I am really struggling to get my HR beyond 115. I'm going to talk to my rehab doc about strategies.

I was having a problem after I got my monitor getting my HR past 125 on the Vitaglide a couple times, then increased the level and intensity and it increased my heartrate. I think my body is 'getting used' to the vitaglide and it's not as strenuous as it was in the beginning when I could get my HR up to 150+.......the past couple of days I've been riding my SciFit Total Body bike and easily get it up to 150. So you may just need to increase your intensity a bit....

Yesterday I did 30 minutes on the SciFit Pro 2
