    Been trying to cut way back on the carbs a couple days a week. When you say 'cutting' do you mean totally or how many grams should I aim for? The carbs I'm eating now are 95% whole grains, so those are the good ones right?

    totally cut larry............say 3x week eat just protein and veg. its tough but man its effective. try it for a few weeks.

    those are good carbs but still carbs

    Lifting like a demon now, food and energy are getting dialed in, eating like a horse. Brown rice, pasta, lean meat and fish, bulk over the next 3 months, then see where i am before deciding what show I want to do.

    rocked it. last week of the program. i nailed my personal best today on bi's. 70 pds on each arm of the upperton and weight stack all the way up as far as she'll go. gotta make a weight ext yet again now for my weight stack. oh hell fuck ya.
