Swam both the mile and quarter mile events yesterday at Broadside Harbor.
First open water event with no major mishaps but, definitely found some areas that need some work.
Feeling a little fatigued but, all in all pretty good!

    I made it Katja!

    Looking good! Well done.

I did a fun 5K this morning. The event benefits the Fort Collins Adaptive Recreation program. We had 4 wheelchair racers (well, sort of - one of them managed to get his race chair locked in his apartment garage and couldn't roust anyone on Sunday morning to spring it, and he wound up doing the event in his everyday chair). I did a PR, cutting my time by 3 minutes.

Did an 8.3 mile ride today averaging 11 mph. This is a shot of my friend and me prior to heading off.

Yesterday got in a good strength workout at the gym, followed by a 17 mile trike ride.

Today worked all day and then crutch walked for 45 minutes as soon as I got home.

Flying - thanks for your upbeat, sunny outlook. You always find a funny and positive way of looking at things.

Had my Race on Sunday and cut off 15 minutes from last yr. Pretty sure it was due to the New Force R.

So Crash how fast do you racers go in a marathon. Is your time somewhat dependent on who you draft off of? Do you guys all get in a pack and ride together? When I'm ridding I sometime think about your racing and of course then I start ridding as fast as I can. Thanks for the extra workout motivation.

15 minutes is huge. Way to go. That is a slippery looking machine.

I just signed up for my first powerlifting meet, at the Rocky Mountain State Games on July 27th. Let the nervousness begin!
