I guess that Facebook has killed this thread?

Facebook? I'm not following...
i did 2 10ks in the last two weeks and turned in some decent times. It's unseasonably warm, which is kind of scary, but good for getting outside.
I'm singing out of here for the time being, I'm spread too thin - most of the people who were here I "see" on FB, so see you all there, or you can check out my blog at:

Hi all! No workout today but that's rare. I've been doing more yoga and pilates lately and using light weights. I've regained normal flexibility on two yoga poses but it's taken a dern long time. Yep, SCI ain't for the faint or frilly!
I'm still around, too. Working a lot. Shorter days, sub-freezing temps and rain/snow have resulted in less outdoor activities. I am going to the gym. This afternoon did all upper body machines and some free weights. Then walked a mile on the indoor track.
CCS/Walking Quad
I have been trapped indoors for a week because there has been ice on the roads, and I won't ride on icy roads. If I fall nowadays, it is not graceful so I avoid it. We finally got a little warm weather to melt the ice, and I got out for a much enjoyed two hour ride. The sun even came out for a bit. It was so nice that it felt easy to push myself a little hard.

Lots of rain, wind and mud have kept me off the One-off. Hedge cutting season along the road edges where I normally cycle, with the resulting punctures, have kept me off the road bike for a while. The fact that it is dark by the time I finish work also makes evening cycling less tempting. Swimming a bit to keep myself ticking over.
