    Pulled 375 off the floor last night, then a general back workout.tonight is cardio and abs again

    1 Hour on the Vitaglide last night, then an hour and a half on the SciFit. I'm really enjoying working out, doesn't feel like a chore anymore......more like a part of my life!!!

    Nordic sitski in a t shirt - warm sunny day. Just went 1.5 hours.
    Tomorrow - I am getting together with another CCer for a snowshoe. RHYang is meeting me for coffee in Truckee and the 2 of us,one incomplete quad and one incomplete para are going to snowshoe in the high Sierra together. Looking forward to it and I will be sure to take some pictures and report....

    45 minutes on the Vita last night. Increased the level to my max and did reps of 100 between 30 second breaks for 15 minutes, then the normal aerobic setting for the remaining 30 minutes.

    Met up with fellow CC member, RHYang, up in Truckee. We went for a 6 hour snowshoe hike and climbed Basin Peak with 30 mph winds and a storm blowing in making it somewhat an adventure. It was cool to meet another CC member and do a workout together. RHYang may put up other pictures. Really fun day - and tiring from snowshoe crutch hiking in variable snow conditions.

    Knacked some more tons of snow away - broken finger seams to be ok though, able to bend 90 now - things are promising.

    Went swimming at the local Y for 2 hours. Man, that felt wonderful on my joints! I fell down yesterday evening, so my body was a bit banged up and the swimming and soak in the hot tub was helpful.
