It looks like I'll finally be getting around to rebuilding my Xtender batteries soon, and I'd like to be able to compare mileage on the rebuilts against the OEMs. But I can't find an odometer that fits my Q2/Xtender rig without designing entirely new mountings. The main problem is that the sensor has to be something less than 5 mm from the wheel magnet, a problem even on a Q2 manual. The odometers I've checked out (Cateye, Planet) are really designed for bikes, where the front-wheel fork is close to the spokes. There's no tubular frame member anywhere near 5 mm from the spokes on any everyday wheelchair I've seen.

So, does anyone have any suggestions/ideas for odometers? - fw
