    I can't afford a trainer, so I'm going on what they did in rehab, but I have to rig up a foot holder of some type to be able to pedal a recumbent bike, my feet just drop outta the straps on the dang things. Other than that I get my aerobics with the hand cycle. Amazing after 58 yrs of living I see a bowl of ice cream as 6 miles with the hands rather than something good to eat.
    Also, man, don't sweat the little guy's, remember, they cut you down to make themselves bigger.

    A diehard gym rats are people that live for nothing more than to be there.Old school workout methods.

    I try to workout 6 days a week.We do different things on the weeked.Usually workout an hour to 2 hours.Depending if I get on my vita-glide.

    I tie my foot on the pedal with a piece of blue thera-band. It's tricky to do, would be easier if someone did it for me...but it works! Ace bandages work in a pinch, also.

    I got some velcro from Wal-mart which Laura made a strap for my manual chair.Might help you out.
