    Titanium scuffs on the toilet

Anyone have a clever idea for removing the black scuffs that titanium leaves on the front edge of the toilet when you bump it in your chair?

A pumice stone, meant for cleaning porcelain.
Find it in cleaning sections of stores.

I get metal marks off porcelain with a cleanser (scouring powder) and a scotchbrite pad

Either the toilet pumice or "Bartender's Friend" or "Bon Ami" and a plastic scrubber.

Ditto. Works like magic. You can also use the kind that is meant for removing callouses.

Sounds like lots of options. We've got bartenders friend so I suspect we'll try that first but thanks for all the ideas.

I wonder if these ideas would work on a white iron bed, I have some black scuff marks on my bed I'd like to remove. I'm going to try it out. good post.

I was wondering about that a few days ago! I was thinking the marks came from my push rims, but couldn't figure out how they touched the toilet in the place the marks were.
