    From the video:
    18% cord regeneration
Initially up to C5, then beyond
    Might be beneficial to chronics - 03;00 - 3;55
Dr. Antonio Reis from Lisbon is ready to start trials ASAP - he is awaiting final government approval.

Lots more in the vid. Half of it is in english btw.

I couldn't get much of it. To sum up, this new techinque called neurogel, has come to regenerate up to 18% of SC and up to C5 eks? But still not to chronics.
Are those improvements tested or just "could help" kind of discovery?

    I'm T11-L1, lots of discoverys ain't working below T10 i heard

From what I understand Neurogel is a product inserted into the spinal cavity once the scaring has been cleaned up. This material fills the cavity and is to act as scaffolding in order to assist axons in growing. The material is to be embedded with stem cells and growth factor. I did not hear a lower limit for the surgury just that for now they will only go as high as C5.

This links to the trial protocol. It is worth reading. It is in english.
