    Standing frames.

What typ of standing frame would everyone recommend? I am a t4 complete just so you know. Would a frame that lts you do some type of exercise be better? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I like the Easystand 5000 I have, it is a nice looking quality piece. I suppose that the 6000 where you can excersize your arms in the process would be good for you. You have to factor in the price though for this vs. more conventional excersizing. One cool option on the Easystand 5000 is the 'mobile' kit. It isnt fast due to the pulley ratios for it, but it is kind of cool to move around while standing. Works pretty good on hard floors.

I have the Easy Stand 5000 and like it. From what I have heard the ES 5000 is one of the few that will stand you straight up.

I made one out of wood for $100. You can search this site for the plans.

My standing frame cost about $85. It was made out of plywood along with some steel pipes and some parts were covered with a high density foam that was covered. A retired engineer made it for me at no charge, except for the cost of the material.

FROM MY EXPERIENCE 6000 GLIGER IS THE BEST.
    CHECK OUT: WWW.EASYSTAND.COM
THE ONLY EQUIPMENT THAT U CAN WORK OUT WHILE U STANDING, IT TARGETS 90% OF THE MUSCLES FROM CHEST TO TOES. IN TWO MONTHS WORKING OUT IN THE 6000GLIDER MY MUSCLE ATROPHY IS REVERSED, I HAVE GAINED 2" ON MY LEGS, 1/12 ON MY CALF MUSCLES, THIS IS ONE OF THE MANY OTHER BENIFITS.

DR. WISE GOT ONE IN HIS LAB, AND HE LIKES IT VERY MUCH.

THE PRICE ON THEM COULD GET HIGH WHEN U BUY IT WITH THE EXTRA ATTECHMENT, $7000-$8000 BUT I HAVE A FRIEND WHO HAS A BRAND NEW ONE IN THE BOX WITH ATTECHMENT FOR ABOUT $3900 OR SO.....
I DONT THINK ANYONE CAN BEAT THAT.

    every time you fall,
    stand up tall....
    come back for more

Well I just ordered a 6000 Glider. Decided it would be best to be able to stand and get exercise. And I may as well buy what I need while I actually have the money to do so.
