    Hand-powered bike for child?

My best friend's daughter is T-12 incomplete para with global twist due to a traumatic crush injury at age 5 (4 years ago). I'm trying to help her locate a source for a hand-pedalled/hand-driven 3-wheeled cycle. She is about 39" tall and weighs 50 lbs. Is there a cycle that small that would be appropriate for her?

Also, as usual, this is something for her health and physical well being that insurance will not cover. What does one of these bikes go for? (She would need a tall seat and a seat belt as she has little ability to balance well without some side support or the belt).

    Thanks!!

Thanks Lamb & Air for the quick links.....Now that I know which quality bike to look for, we'll see first if we can find one used...or slightly loved, or whatever. I appreciate your help! (Sometimes a real human being is so much more effective that an inadequate search engine). We are prepared to go full tilt boogie with a fund raiser soon if necessary......and surprise her with several "goodies".
