    Are dividends/interest from investmests considered wages earned for SSDI?

    yes , just donate it to Ken's beer fund program. no problems.

    For SSDI only earned income from a job would count. For SSI all income counts.

    If you have SSDI you are alowed any amount of money that you have in banks, interest, dividends, wherever. If you have SSI you are only allowed to have $2000 in assets.
