    Urine Test/Kidney Infection

Is it possible to tell if you have a kidney infection through a urine test?

    Thanks,

No, you can tell if your urine is COLONIZED but if you have a SCI, that does not define an infection or UTI. For that, you have to have symptoms such as fever, chills, flank pain, AD, generalized malaise, or other signs such as elevated WBC in your blood or bleeding in your urine.
