    Thumbs up 400 crunches

    Yep I've figured how to do them on the vita-glide.It's not the best but it works.I do them after an hour on it.The pics will be up next week.

    Yes.The back of my chair can lean back.So I lean back and position both hands at equal distance on the V-G.Then Ipull my upper body as far forward to my knees.It works the upper abs good and the lower abs too.I also twist side to side to hit the love handles.lol It works.

    Thats awesome! I might have to try somthing like that, it would be great to do a sit up again or a crunch!

    Yea man anything helps.I spasm after but it works my abs.I spasm if I don't do em' so I'm coming out ahead.lol

    I run on spasims, so do whatever to help you out.
    I constantly twist my torso during the day to flex my abs because its the only way I actually do flex them is to twsit and breath out, it triggers as spasim which in turns flexes my abs

    Hey 2 you all,im paralysed from my neck downwords,first i had no balance and stated getting a bit of balance back.like VANN DAMM i have a chair that the backrest can ajust and by lowering it a bit every every day i can now almost do a full sit up and i have balance. If you dont have a chair that the back rest can tilt then its not a problem. Go sit in a car and ajust the back rest little by little every day until u might be able to do a situp. GOOD LUCK
