I'll ride escalators, but I won't let go! I'm pretty sure that is a direct precursor to crashing ass-over-teakettle.

Yeah, dude illustrated the epitome of ass over teakettle launching himself down the escalator.

You can see him let go, but it was before he reached the point where the stairs started dropping. Then the camera moves to the girl. Maybe he was trying to adjust his grip before he started going down, and hit the stairs sooner than he was expecting?

Judging by the impact, his teakettle got pretty dented up on the way down.

I thought this comment was funny when I read it this morning.
Then this afternoon, just as I was swallowing some water, I remembered it again, and only just managed to swallow properly.

Haha, that's funny keps. I often burst out laughing at the worste times or even at inappropriate moments. Bubbles of milk out the nostrils from remembering something funny is always good. Recalling a hilarious memory and nearly break down in giggles during a funeral I happen to be a pallbearer at, not so good.

Squeeee! Did you actually laugh at the funeral? and also

Heh, the worst time I laughed inappropriately that I can recall was in rehab. I was still on bedrest, and two nurses were with me, doubtless doing something undignified to me, whilst they chatted. One mentioned the next thing she had to do was tie down someone's legs (due to spasms). My hand flew up to my mouth, but I was rumbled. Luckily, the nurse could see how it might sound funny.

Oh, man. Holding it back only prolonged the whole quiet giggle that sounded like coughing from a bad tickle in the throat. I was literally sweating with a burning face I was so horrified. My suit wouldn't allow the intense humid heat that was billowing off my skin to escape. The moisture soaked my under-shirt Yet, the giggles persisted. It was awful. I still had to carry the coffin too.

I laugh about it now though.
