It's an online tool that allows you to keep track of your food intake. It also analyzes your intake and tells you where you are with respect to what you "should" be eating. I've found it to be very useful but some of the values they use as their guidelines seem a little bit off. For example, they are telling me that my total daily calories should be 2500. Now in my profile, I have entered that I am trying to lose weight and have a very low level of activity (I chose this because I figure even a very active quad still burns less calories in a day than a sedentary AB person) and I know for a fact that eating 2500 is super-high. Also they are saying that my total fat should be 7-12g per day. And protein should be 56g per day. Both of those seem extremely low. So I'm a bit suspicious about the rest of the values they are using...

Anyway, just wanted to see if anyone else is using this tool and had any thoughts.
