    power assist battery

I am having trouble getting the battery for my chair to charge. The light keeps alternating from refresh to charging but it is not charging. I pushed and held the rfresh button for 10 seconds and it still goes back to the flashing. I even unpluged the charger. Luckely I have 2 batteries. Any suggestions?

sometimes one of the two charging cords can go bad on the charger... I had to replace one on my charger.

...or the battery could be dying and acting funky as a result.
