I have a pimple on my bottom in a place that could really be a pimple or ingrown hair...or pressure sore. Does it heal faster if the pimple is popped or unpopped?

Keep doing the pressure releases you're doing, same amount everything. But add some different kinds in there too. Maybe lean forward over a desk or table as far as you can. Just do more & different...
