Yes, that's true because Explorer was very close to exceeding the GVWR with the 1500 when setup for 7 passengers

Beware if you decide to get a full size Chevy Explorer 1500 Conversion van and add a lift, transfer seat base, hand controls and power door openers your total curb weight will be about 6750 lbs...

These gel covers work pretty good, very grippy an easy on hands. There are several other similar makes out there....

I use velcro strap loops I purchased on Amazon to keep in place, just added security in case it shifts when doing a sloppy transfer.

Salt tablets do work to increase your BP fairly quickly. I do take them to boost my BP when its needed. I have also used table salt for a quick boost.

A physiatrist is your best bet at this stage. They are much more experienced with this type of injury and can set you up with the proper rehab.
