So the issue is copyright infringement and not patent. The pharmacy still won't fill the script if it says renacidin. Our pharmacy had the physician write the script as bladder instillation.

The company that supplies us with Matt's Renacidine has told us there is a nationwide 'shortage' due to some manufacturing snafu. They're not sure when they're going to be able to get it again.
