They have continued with the 2nd phase. The results from phase 1 aren't public yet. But from what I've heard the gains are not to get excited about. What is changed to phase 2, I don't know.

They were 1 to 5 years post injury, I don't see why incomplete would be a problem.

For 2016 I think they are supporting 9 clinical trials. You should just have clinical studies checked or you will see all projects.
