    Can Botox injections stretch out the urethra (from the size of the needle), therefore increasing leakage even more after injections wear off?
    Or is bladder leakage caused only by spasms, regardless...

    thanks! that's good to know, and helps me understand my symptoms. yes, I've gone through the whole anticholergic (sp?)routine and the gears of my cognitive processes are rusty as a result. sigh.
