Try something simple like a transfer board, you still need upper body and stuff but it does make it a bit easier to pull and kinda slide up or down the board.

Also try prisma and acuacell to help if leaking if so. But definitely look into better bandages like meoalex or similar. A good bandage will help a lot and keep things clean
