Waking up with "kinks" in back/neck
Grrrr, it's back again. Probably about once or twice a month I wake up with this crazy "kink" in my left upper and mid trapezius area. It seems to happen if I sleep on my side, even though I use a good supportive shaped pillow. The only way I can keep it from happening is to sleep on my back, which is uncomfortable for me. It keeps me from being able to turn my head to the right much for several days. Also, if I take a deep breath, there is a sharp pain there too. This is an area where I have quite a bit of nerve pain too... I took a Robaxin this morning and plan to put a heating pad on it. Any other ideas of how to calm this sucker down or prevent this from happening? Thanks! :)
