I read your post about how well you did in rehab and was impressed with your recovery my I ask how you are doing now? I just had surgery in Nov 2010 for L1Burst Fracture incomplete. I am out of rehab unit now going to out patient rehab and I feel I am not getting aggresive therapy now. I am self pay, but she is giving me a break. am going to try and find the book.
I mostly use my walker, but I can walk around the house with my brace on, thank God I got out of the turtle shell that was miserable, I am thankful I am able to walk, but was wondering how you started walking and if you have any suggestions for me? Another problem I have is I have neuropothy in my feet thats where most of my pain is now, but I am taking Gabapentin for that.
I see you have not been on this site for awhile hoping you made a full recovery.
