Hi, I see you use an electric muscle stimulator and use it to keep your muscles (butt, etc.) in shape... What type do you have and how did you know where to place it and how strong..I have a Gym form8 electronic muscle exerciser that I want to try but am nevous that I might do something wrong and maybe snal a hip or something.
