Hi rssfim. I used my Oracing rugby chair for less than a year. It is basically a basketball chair with a front wing.. The frame was well-built and they are fairly lightweight but the components are not built to withstand the full contact of wheelchair rugby. The caster stems are aluminum and hollow (I broke 2), the footplate snapped off, and the axle receivers are machined from aluminum so they got damaged quickly from being hit on the wheels by other chairs. I now have a Melrose and LOVE IT. Vesco's are a very strong chair, but my team deals with Melrose exclusively so I got it for a little less money.

I saw your post about your Oracing Rugby wheelchair.
I'm a brazilian quadrugby player, C6-C7 complete spinal cord injury, class 2.0, and I got really interested about this chair.

I was planning to go to USA just to buy a Vesco, but I found out I can buy an Oracing chair here in Brazil.

I started playing Rugby one year ago, and I started with an used Eagle I bought for a fair price from a friend of mine. As I got used to my own chair specs, I decided it's time to get a new one.

So, would you mind to share a bit of your experience with me? Are you still satisfied with it? Is it a light wheelchair?

One of the lots of reasons I'm buying a new chair is because of Eagle's heavy weight. The chair, including the wheels, weights 41 pounds. Some guys in my team have Melrose wheelchairs, and they're 6 pounds lighter than mine. But I don't wanna buying melrose...
