Jawaid, you are a walker right? Which means that you have a lot of neuronal sparing. It is only B & B & SF you are after. In which case I think Jerry's peripheral nerve graft + chondroitinase could be the most interesting for you. However, at the moment Acorda who have the patent for the enzyme do not have plans to go to trial. They still have more pre-clinical studies to perform.
Other than that keep an eye on results from NeuralStem ALS and Stem Cells Inc trials. The cells they are using differentiate into both neuronal and glial precursors. So that is likely to be good for lower motor lesions.
I believe NeuralStem may well be performing a trial in India after the FDA have given the US trial the green light.
As i guess u have very close eye over the clinical trials or research which can bring cure for lumbar spinal injuries so plz update me and tell where i should be looking for my lumbar injury treatment.
