    I really appreciate it. You look great. I just have a hard time with loosing my mid section. I would also like to trim my quads and hamstrings. I was a marathon runner and did lots of squats throughout my years. I am only 5'6" tall but thick body at 165 pounds. I might of asked but you must eat just tons of protein. Do you take only special supplements that can help with metabolism?
