  1. I wanted to add, that I hope your recovery goes quickly and you go home soon.
  2. I am so sorry for not responding in a timely manner, my life is been a lil crazy working so many hours. I am also sorry to hear about your issues with your legs I hope and pray you heal fast and get better soon. do you mind if I ask how you got your injury? I've tried respond many times but I keep over doing my limit LOL.
As for my injury, cincy actual incident I've never had constant pain. I had pain while healing but now it is mostly discomfort, unless I have a flare up or sleep or band wrong and then I am in pain for a few days. but thankfully I have been lucky as to not have any major problems right now. my chiropractor suggested I see a doctor for my injury, but money has been tight and without insurance it is hard.
my normal work day is about 6 hours long, but if I have had a rough evening with my back I do not do everything I am supposed to do. they may not like it, but it is what I have to do.

youre pretty tough to have had to deal with your spinal issues and pain for two years..are you taking any pain meds??..i have a sore feeling in my back that kinda bothers me..i had screws and pins placed in my long is your workday at the daycare??..are you on your feet most of the time??..what are other things you avoid to prevent pain??..that puts so much limits on a lot of you do have a definite diagnosis of your spine??..even though we have different injuries i think we can still interact with each legs arent useful right now..i have a bowel/bladder management program going in a in the hospital..
  4. I am 23 now, and it happened about 2 years ago. I would love to interact, as I really know nothing about my injury or what I should be doing or should not be doing. I work at a daycare and keeping up with the infants is a challenge now. My chiropractor told me I would have problems for the rest of my life and that arthritis is already in place.
  5. Hi, sorry I could not reply sooner. I do not have the internet at my home so it is hard for me to get online unless I come to visit my grandma. When I suffered my injury I had fallen on my back down the steps and I was able to get up right away and walk -partially because I was embarassed about those that were watching me and those that gathered around. When I got the car I couldn't lean against the seat or pull myself from the leaning position because it was painful. I was able to do everything, it was jsut painful to do so. Now I am still able to do things, but I've found it harder to lift things above my head and push things. It is not impossible, its just challenging. I'm not as strong as I used to be. Because my spine keeps turning I lean to my left alot and feel off balance when I stand still. Even when I lie down I favor a side if that makes sense. I can also no longer sleep on my back, its uncomfortable, an laying on my back and getting up is also challenging.
