Hello~ So My MD took me off work and "grounded" me again! Or at least for a month. Hopefully we will get this pain under control. He started me on oxycontin was not crazy about that but something had to give. So far it's helping, but it's hard to say if it's the rest or the medication or both....time will tell on that one. Got an appointment for the pain clinic but not till June 28th so got to wait for awhile on that front. Hope things are going well for you.

Yes I am using a cane finally got the ok when I took a good spill down the stairs again and so the MD said no more and I ended up with a cane. Now I wish I could get rid of the thing but. gotta keep working on that one!! I wish the pain was better!! how are you doing? I am trying to work 2 days a week 1/2 days but it's not going very well so we will see how that ends up. Topamax is working better but since I've been back to work the pain is much worse. take care
