    Sorry to be so late responding. I am not active on this site as I once was. The treatment at that time was electronic stimulation which we did at home on his legs. He also did regular PT. We were fortunate to find a therapist who specializes in neurological disorders.

    Hi KDK513,

    I was inspired by your brief write-up re the twitches which an amazing doctor detected on your Hubby. Kindly let me know - what did this doctor do about the twitches?

    Reason: the doctors claim that my Dad has no hope for any functional recovery. yet, i and an Occupational Therapist detected an ocassional twitch in my Dad's arms (and for some reason, the OT stated that this was significant but, the verdict is 'wait and see.') Basically,if there's no movement, nothing can be done.

    Thus, what happened with the twitches?
