I am trying to obtain a TiLite ZR rigid frame with a titanium upgrade through my insurance, Humana HMO. My first request was denied so I am writing an appeal letter. The TiLite folding chair that most resembles a RIGID chair is our TX. It has the same frame as our TR but has been built with the folding mechanism.

I am buying a new folding chair. What is the Ti lite chair the most resembles the ride and function of a rigid chair?

I use a terminator titanium everyday currently; it is too wide.

The rear wheel spacers go on the axle sleeves. As for spacing Spinergy wheels, it will depend on the model (WIRE, SPOX, LX) and what type of wheel you are using now, which will determine your axles length too.

Thank you for your last post answering my first questions and I have a couple more about the zra 2. How do the rear wheel spacers work? If I wanted to increase my spacing to my rear wheels do you add spacers onto the axles or do spacers get put onto the axle sleeves? Also do spinergy wheels require a spacer kit because I was gonna order a chair with regular wheels and then put my spinergy wheels I on that I'm using now.

the 17x17 is actual length. You should have enough adjustability each way for optimum seat to floor measurements. If not, we have 3 different lengths of camber mounts which we can swith to. We do this so users don't have a mass of extra tubing and weight if they don't need it.

I'm thinking about getting a zra 2 and I need:
Seat width 17in
seat depth 17in
Front seat to floor 19in
Rear seat to floor 16in

I know I think the chair has 3.5in of rear seat to floor adjustment so would I have like 1.5in to adjust seat to floor up or down from my 16in spec? Also with a 17 x 17 seat does the upholstery actually measure 17 x 17 because I use a 16in deep roho because there is no 17in option?

we ship our chairs with the castors tight. Loosening them to the point of rotating freely results in speed wobbles or castor flutter. They will turn easily when you are in the chair and they have weight on top of them.

I have a question about castor tension on my TR. A friend has been teaching me to climb curbs and he said it was important that my castors are facing back.

My TR came from the factory with stiff castors that won't rotate unless I push on them. That's fine with me, I figure Tilite knows what it's doing but tell me, is it better to have them tight like this or would it be alright for me to loosen them up enough to rotate on their own.

I don't have problems with the chair now and don't want to make any. Please tell me what you think.
