    Hi,
What part of So Cal are you? The reason I ask is I see a Dr. Tiffany Rogers in Torrance and when I told her about my spasm due to a nerve/spinal cord issue she tried Gabapentin but for me it mimicked a heart attack. So she had me try Thiamine. Is was not intended for spasms but it has had great results for many people. Others here say you could just take the supplements that are in it but the amount and $ would be ridiculous. I have been on 1 tab 3 times a day and have had great results. My insurance covers it with my co-pay being $5.00 I am very sensitive to drugs so for me this was a true God send. Feel free to email me if you have questions. Dr. Rogers use to work at Rancho Los Amigos and is no bull sort of Dr. and very easy to talk to. arharj2@yahoo.com I am a T5-7 with L5 and neck issues.

I'm very interested in your hand cycle. I'm 7 mouths post and 56 years old. Was a triathlon in my 30 S and mountain biking 10 years ago. My nephew is driving out from Utah to LA then up the coast to see us in Oregon. Would you consider meeting him some ware around LA. He is coming in two weeks. And please tell me more about this sport and your ride. As you can see I'm very familiar with standard bicycles
