Leaving in the morning. Can't wait!

For a long time, finding some kind of a wheelchair-accessible RV was a pipe dream, and the first place we would go would be the Grand Canyon, which my wife has never seen. What fighting "quad belly" looks like

It's another brainchild of Dr. Justin Bickford at Aspire PT, Huntsville, TX. I describe a problem and the gears in his head start to turn, and he's got a lot of 'em.

The consensus is that quad belly is loss of muscle tone around the torso after you've sat in a chair for years. Belly fat is a suspect too, but I eat lean and cut back on adult drinkies with no effect.
