This weekend the Abilities Expo rolls into the Chicago area (Schaumburg Convention Center), as it tours cities around the country. If you've never, it's worth checking out sometime. The MS Society always has a strong presence there, with knowledgeable volunteers and plenty of info. What fighting "quad belly" looks like

It's another brainchild of Dr. Justin Bickford at Aspire PT, Huntsville, TX. I describe a problem and the gears in his head start to turn, and he's got a lot of 'em.



The consensus is that quad belly is loss of muscle tone around the torso after you've sat in a chair for years. Belly fat is a suspect too, but I eat lean and cut back on adult drinkies with no effect.
