    There is no stem cell therapy that has been shown to work yet in spinal cord injury. So, anybody who claims that they have the cure from stem cells and is charging for the therapy is very likely to be a scam. On the other hand, animal studies have suggested that stem cell are beneficial after injuries in animals. There are clinical trials.
