    I am c5/6 complete and can transfer on my own, no triceps. my advice is use a manual chair 24/7. push a lot, as much as you can. if its hard 4 u outside, go to malls..... push push push......its extremely important. get yurself a bedbar..... practice sitting up from lying to sitting on the bed, strengthen your shoulders constantly. buy some arm braces to lock ur elbows, lie on your back, wear the braces and practice excercising your arms against gravity......watch ur weight, play sports.... aka wheelchair rugby, or rowing...... get a wheelchair roller 4 winder, practice pushing backwards....... the key is endurance training not strength training.....only excercise with light weight.....
