R.I.P. Frozengirl, happy birthday.
Anne: Sorry it took so long to reply to you. There's really two reasons why I'm dealing with the wheelchair. One is the weakness I am experiencing in my arms as well as my legs. When the neurological symptoms first hit, I tried to get around on crutches, but my arms couldn't handle the load and I started have major pain issues in my hands and shoulders. The other thing is that I fatigued in a major way with any kind of exertion. Since I was working and had a family to support, I needed to be able to get around and function. Using the powerchair gave me a lot of my life back.
Hi, I know what its like to deal with the silly doctors here in ottawa, cause of them i have gotten alot sicker over the years befoe they relized that i had multiple conditions which were hiding eachother so they were masking what was really wrong. After reading what you wrote i was thinking you sounded alot similar but milder. I am just saying as another person from ottawa the doctors here are really bad.
