Yeah I made it for lunch Friday for my meal after my workout....so so so good! So good in fact I went out grabbed another steak and made it for dinner to!

Megan, thanks so much for coming to the Asheville VA last Thursday, it was great to have face-to-face time. Jessamine Brown, meant to tell you this, but time got away. She said when her and husband, David had a small apartment, David was unable to get his chair through the bathroom door. Their solution was to acquire an office chair and have him transfer to it--the office chair being narrower than his wheelchair. Jessamine wanted me to pass this info on to you.

Hope your Easter went as well as ours. We are at our daughter's in Aiken S.C. for three weeks.

Hi, I'm glad you asked because I didn't know about it. I'll try my best to be there...I could use some "support"...lol.

I stopped in Asheville during a road trip to New Orleans, a while back. I liked the atmosphere there. I went to a bookstore in town and hung out for a while. Then I went to the Smokey Mountains and hiked a bit.
I live outside of Philly. I've pretty much lived here my whole life (I was in Boulder, CO for school for a short while).
I'm glad you and your partner seem to be doing quite well.
