    Hi Skippy
Nice to see someone else is over here in gods country. Of course every one any were Say's that. I'm down by Coos Bay. Did my rehab up there in Eugene. It was nice because my daughter was going to the U of O and came by every day to visit and do her home work. One of these day's I want to get up there to ride my hand cycle around the city on the trails. How are you doing? So you don't like all that drumming lol. When I was 14 the guy across the street decided to learn the guitar. The problem was he played the same 3 cords very loudly all summer long. Take care.

    Hi Skippy,
I was wondering how long it took for your pain level to drop after your operation to where neuronton would handle it. I am 26 months post op and just seem to suffer all the time. Argh. I have a damaged spinal cord at front at C-7. It is sort of bearable now but was very brutal for the first two years not counting the two years it took for the doctors to clue in.

Skippy - Thanks again for recommending this site. Unfortunately I have been so ill the past year I have not been on often, but just posted a question about baclofen and gastroparesis. I hope you are doing well and that your surgery went fine ( I think I recall a message about you having upcoming surgery a while back).

Hi, What level is your injury. I have a c-7 injury. I have full function if you can call it that. I have a lot of pain from the chest down and under my arms. I haven't worked in 20 months but just can't bring myself to try to get back to work. My life is still to brutal. Some times I feel like a mouse in cage running on a wheel. You don't sem to bea able to do anything to improve this injury. I got abused by the medical system too.

I'm a Airforce veteran of 10 year and work for the company that makes the NeuRx Diaphagrm Pacing System(tm) used to treat vent dependant spine injured people. The system is know for being used on actor Christopher Reeve.

It was recommended by a few SCI peopl and approved by Carecure's management that I establish a blog on the NeuRx DPS(tm), which I've done.
I wanted to make sure that veterans on Carecure were aware that the treatment is now available at two VA in the US, VA Palo alto (CA) on the west coast and VA James Haley (FL). This week we will be having a war hero from Afganistan treated in Florida.

Apologize to anyone who considers this SPAM but felt the group should be made aware of the treatment option.

    Hello Fellow Veteran,
I've PM'd Dr. Wise several times asking if us U.S. Military Veterans on this site could get our own FORUM like you mentioned one time. He PM'd me back today & he said the moderators are considering it so stay tuned until I get the answer. When I do I will let you know. I hope we will get our wish. That will be so neat for us Fellow Veterans to get our own FORUM. Hope your doing well. Take care & stay tuned !
