Hi I'm Finn (Kelly) I've seen some of your post and your smile. I thought I would reach out. I am c3 incomplete. I had a hay stack fell on me. I need laughter lots of it rolling laughter. I used to make people laugh now I feel flat, no energy one dimensional. I harvest in a couple days. Maybe like the old dead heads who followed the grateful dead, it's all about the scene. I'm trying

Hi John, It sure was. I had to give it up or maybe get into some trouble. And I got tired of it after 18 years. I'm in retirement now! Where the hell have you been? Long time brother.

Good for you for giving that man the chair! I'm sure you made him happy.
Back in Aug when my husband's Invacare tilt was stuck back you told of a way to bypass (?) to get out of it. You said people should know how to this and I agree.
Would you be so kind as to PM (or here) how to do it.
Please explain as simply as possible. I'll have my adult son learn how also.
Thanks! Linda PS Love your picture here.

Since you and my son are both T4's with cocky attitudes I'm gonna bug you a little bit for information...hope thats ok. If we were to purchase a handcycle where do we start? Robbie is tall and thin, about 5"10-11 and approx 130 lbs. Only 15 yrs old so still growing.

Thanks for the note & for your postings, which I've followed for quite a while. I know from nothing about friends & other FB-type contacts (I threw my hands up when the web went beyond mailing lists & forums), but I've replied to your invitation, I think in the right way .

As I said in one of the threads I've just replied to, we seem to handle SCI pretty similarly - that is by taking control. We're lucky to be able to do so, as far as I can see. If it's any help, I've been living dangerously a good bit longer than you, & so far pretty much getting away with it. So keep up your own bad attitude! - fw

  17. Got my handcycle transfer technique down at last. My handcycle seat is only inches off the ground so it was a bit of a challenge. Can't believe it took me so many years to start riding -- it's serious fun.

Hi! When do you plan on being in Gatlinburg? I'm going to meet everyone for dinner Sunday and Tuesday for sure. I think they're going to Biltmore on Monday, I'm going to skip that one. I just had my left kidney removed on the 1st, I'm doing pretty good but don't want to push it. I'm not sure where you're located, how far you have to travel? I'm lucky, I've got about eight miles to Gatlinburg, it's the parking that stinks! If the Peddler is where I think it is I'll probably park near the library. Looking forward to meeting you! Trudy

It was May, June, July. I don't remember the exact dates. I might remember, now that you mention it. Did you fall off a building? Iron worker, maybe? Your girlfriend was there with you? That's what comes to mind for some reason. Been a while, huh?

WelP,
Finally hauled all the tools I need to build 2 ships to PLANET Pluto (Yep, I am one of TH0SE astronomers) and THEN some under the truck. Getting up and down to the ground is a major thing for me. Nudder story. Going to replace the center support bearing and its associated u-joint. Done this(tried) Friday and realized I wouldn't get it before sundown and stopped. Resumed Sunday afternoon and it is the first u-joint in my life I didn't get OUT, let alone replaced in 15 minutes or less,
